1. Booking and Deposit

A deposit amount, as specified in the booking agreement, must be paid and cleared no later than 2 weeks prior to the event date.

Failure to make the deposit on time may result in the cancellation of your booking, with no obligation on our part to provide services unless alternative arrangements are made.

2. Consultation and Planning Process

After the initial inquiry, a consultation will be scheduled with you to discuss your event’s requirements and preferences. This consultation is mandatory to move forward with the planning process.

Upon the successful completion of the consultation, a follow-up planning meeting will be arranged to begin the initial phase of the event planning.

Further meetings and updates will be scheduled as necessary to ensure all details are covered and the event is planned according to your specifications.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment details and deadlines will be outlined in your agreement.

The remaining balance, after the deposit, must be settled by the event day unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In case of any delay in payments, we reserve the right to delay or withhold services.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the event may qualify for a partial refund, excluding non-refundable deposits.

Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event will forfeit any payments made to date.

5. Amendments to Event Plan

Changes to the event plan may be made at any time before the final planning meeting. Any major changes requested after the final planning meeting may incur additional charges.

We will strive to accommodate all reasonable changes; however, changes that impact the overall scope of work, event size, or time may result in an adjustment to your quote.

6. Event Responsibilities

We are committed to managing your event as outlined in the agreed plan. However, factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, vendor issues, etc.) may affect event execution. We will not be held responsible for such external factors.

7. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your event, except where caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if any of these terms are violated, without refund of any payments made.

9. Agreement and Amendments

By engaging with our services, you agree to the above terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and any changes will be communicated through our website.
